If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com immediately and if we have made a mistake, we will make it right through either refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
We do not accept returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we can reship your order for a reshipping fee.
Refunds are offered on a limited, case by case basis. Most situations will be resolved with a replacement.
Our standard refund and replacement policy last 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
If you purchased a 60 or 180-day warranty, we would replace the item if it breaks due to normal wear and tear within that time frame. You must send pictures through either Facebook or email before the last day of the warranty.If you have an issue not outlined here, please contact us!
